Emrigga is the sister of Mania of the Dreamwyld; together they are the spirits of madness. Emrigga is the consumer of memories, “the mother that eats her own children”, the salamander that eats its own tail. Emrigga is the destructive madness, she does not inspire.
Long have there been persistent rumors that Emrigga also holds the path to knowledge – a shorter path through the dark pit of madness. Only the most power-mad pursue this route. It often leads to the violence and death of the seeker.
