Incarna materials envision a universe (iVerse) based on an idea of mysticism that incorporates several philosophical schools and concepts. It is not required that users buy into this idea to use or play. It may not always be represented perfectly in all materials where ideology must make way for flavor and fun. It is presented here for reference only. It is known under many banners and through many practices throughout history: meditation, exorcism, necromancy, witchcraft, geomancer, Jedi, Buddhism, Zoroastrianism, Thelema, etc. There is no one correct answer in all of possible existence. Each seeks to find truth in its own way.
What is the core of Incarna mysticism? Envisioning and evincing an outcome by maximizing the confluence of potential influences, chaos (chance), opportunity and capability using an array of complex concepts and methods. Such activity incorporates an array of advanced notions of resonance, chronometric entanglements, sympathetic arrangements and an elevation and exchange of consciousness and abstract perspectives.
How is Incarna mysticism expressed? Typically these activities and processes begin as simple, rote methodologies that can seem supernatural in its expression but are purely naturalistic in the iVerse. These systems and approaches become repeatable, teachable esoteric traditions that may or may not be fully understood by practitioners. It is not dependent on tradition however, and it’s nuance and expression is constantly changing. Following the precept of “Magic wants to be used”, each new conversion, translation, re-imagining, rediscovery, etc. presents new opportunities for it to be found and embraced. Even mistranslation or rejection imbues the cosmic idea of mysticism with diversity, allowing new paths of expression to evolve over time.
Is there a necessity for Incarna mysticism? Each manifestation of a construction of essence from the all-source of the aether eventually finds a unique expression of mysticism. A manifestation’s arc through The Pattern finds its individual identity through a level of mysticism, and the reflection of reality and its experience becomes an echo of a combined thread set of shared experience. Many seek a path to transcend the ego and achieve an inter-connectedness and selflessness that connects with all others in order to uplift all other things through its wisdom and perspective. The iVerse and it becomes one and the same.
