The Transcendental Reservoir is a form of a Mystic Reservoir that leverages no Tradition (innate channeling) to hold Formulae (spells, etc.). It leverage Kinetic Aptitude and no Attribute, with a few functions being manipulated by Chi Anima.
It has all the common properties of a standard Mystic Reservoir.
