The Relieved Theurgist character has opted not to participate in the training that makes them a formal formulae user/spell caster (replacing their Mystic Tradition, Reservoir, and Formulae) that is granted as part of their Pathway/Class. Instead, they use that energy to channel the deep power granted to them by their Principal and align themselves in a more martial direction like a warrior.

To replace the lost spell casting capability, they gain a Martial Aegis of the Fighter class (these do not scale by level):
- Gains Second Wind capability @ 2nd level
- Gains Action Surge capability @ 4th level
