(Request) Could a conjurer wizard conjure a non-magical crossbow +1? As long as the item is not doing/taking damage (per the Conjurer school ability), seems like they could.
(Analysis) It seems like they would open the door to a volume of abuse. If the wizard had the ability to study all the component parts, apart and laid out, and as they were being put together, that would allow them to. They would need to see it being used at multiple ranges, and use it themselves as well. It would have to be something they are proficient with. I would assume if they had a relevant crafting skill, they could do it without a check, but otherwise it would require some sort of Intelligence check they could attempt once per level.
