The Vice Ridden character is addicted to the rush of many vices – gambling, drugs, alcohol, prostitutes, etc. They lead a life where 30% of their free-time and income is taken up by this. It has become so ingrained, that they have adapted to functioning with long hours of vice-ridden activity with no rest. With a VGR check, they can shrug-off the first point of fatigue damage from any source. If they fail to “score” their vices for a prolonged time, they suffer the normal Anxiety penalties.
