Creating: Any Occult character can create a scroll of an occult spell appropriate to their class. These rules are covered in various places for D20; Use the chart on page 200 of the DMG to determine the rarity of the scroll based on the spell level. Then, use the “Crafting A Magic Item” section of the DMG on pages 128 and 129.
