Scheduling Issues

Kelly: ok, well, we have a bit of an issue. Potentially: Newal, Corey, Arabus, Earl, Rocky, LJ, Eric, and Marc even going forward. Thats 8 players on a full boat. I can handle that as a GM, but im not sure a party that only gets together sporadically can stay organized. I still am planning every 2 weeks here in Sedro. We could separate into 2 groups again, but that seems like its likely to be bumpy. I’d prefer every 2 weeks and the southern people who can make it infrequently are drop in. If something can be had with a large group south, we could try to host at LJs as Sedro is a long way to go.

Eric: Yeah, this bears a bit of figuring out. “every 2 weeks and the southern people who can make it infrequently are drop in” still makes sense I think. I don’t mind being a Discord side-quester but a whole play-by-mail thing isn’t ideal. Staying involved between the sessions when I can make it, but with minimal rolling and non-complex objectives, might work. Spitballing there – no brainz right now to figure out a real cadence or anything.

Resolving Issues

Episodic continuity be damned. Whoever drops in, drops in, and I wont be contriving or making it make sense as I would for full campaign play. Just have fun.

2026 schedule

We will meet every 2 weeks: 10/31, 11/14 (annual Larry special – invite), 11/15, 11/28, 12/12

Location: Arabus’s House unless specified otherwise. If LJ can make one and wants to host, I’m going to leave it to him to volunteer.

Revisit Scheduling at the end of December by Discord.
