Widow’s Maker Stiletto of Oerdney is a Prestige Weapon of the Steel Realms made in a secret place in the capital of Oerdney since about CY 8225. Somehow a small amount is sold every year to a few select duelists, assassins, agents of the Salamander Guild and a few private parties. They are perfect for slipping between chinks in a knight’s armor. For a while, they were sold to a group of women that used them as symbols of achieving their freedom from oppressive (supposedly) husbands. This practice was outlawed, and there was some public outcry.

In Rhyl it was especially seen as egregious and merely possessing one could send its owner into divorce and exile. This was repealed in CY 9130 with the events of Tea House Revival.

These weapons are known to always have a hidden pocket to hold a dose of poison.
