The Realms Levy is the Levy the High King of Gladnor places on all the fiefdoms, territories, and allies as well as the far western lands across the sea in order to keep the froces of the Lich Lords and the Unholy Trio at bay. It requires a constant flow of conscripts and volunteers, as well as goods and sustenance to keep the forces fed and maintained. Some of the cost of conscription and supplies can be paid in coin, to hire mercenaries and to plant crops and harvest closer, but there is an effort to reduce local pressures as much as technology allows.
