Faryain Barony

This sits astride the pass to Tarmysia in the SW of West River Run.

Nettlebay

Its capital is the city of Nettlebay, pop. 6000. It guards the route through Gillman Pass, at the base of which sits the ancient fortress Dayne-Mar Dak. Nettlebay is the
trade capital. It used to be a small community outside the walls fo the fortress, but it is unwalled and has serveral roads in and out to facilitate trade. It sits .5km east of the ancient fotress.

Dayne-Mar Dak

It can hold thousands, but is garrisoned by only a hundred except in times of war. Its walls are high, making it cold and dark inside. It is the rally point for Nettlebay, and there is only a single gate.
It is very run-down on the inside.

Barrid

Town, Pop. = 2100; Ruler = sir Hecton Asniak. Barrid is the trade gateway into Cabella and the overland trade coming from the MErchant Cities to the north. Once every 5 years it also has an open faire to trade with the Chavela Elves of the Romane
Forest. The northern edge of Fayrain has a lot of settled Pine Tribes mixed population. The most popular place is the Bunny and Hound inn – a Inn/Brothel of local repute.
Barrid enjoys a decent trade with Cabella for its seafood.

Molra

Town, Pop. = 2500, Ruler = Sir Francis Spillaine of Moira; The primary occupation here is logger. It is a center for carpentry, mills, and logging. There is also a standard brace of hunters allowed to hunt gam ein the nearby forest. Like the other settlements near the forest,
Molra has a long standing deal with the Chauvela Elves to ensure their territory is not intruded upon. Molra has had many disagreements with the elves in the past, often over-harvesting the forest. They do have a land management group though, one of the few in the area that is constantly trying to plant and ensure forests for the future.
Molra enjoys a decent trade with Cabella for its seafood.
