Festival of the City (Umbak)
Every year for major Umbakian settlements have a Festival of the City – planning, flow & sequences, shapes, forms, patterns, designs that are ordered and favorable to the city are previewed in a festival of lights, music, and vision were large. Areas to be changed are lit up with golden lights.
It is part of the normal cycle of Urban Planning and Architecture in Umbak.
