Hoarplagues (Lich Lord’s Anger)
The Hoarplagues are a series of diseases that are cast upon the Hoarwind by the Lich Lord’s Anger Manifest across the Tolkisson Mountain Range to descend upon the living and ravage a populace.
Like anything delivered with the Hoarwind, the use of this power requires many lives to be sacrificed through a Ritual. It is not enacted lightly, for it often does damage to the summoner and those nearby in addition to those sacrificed as part of the Ritual.
