Naroach
Naroach is one of the three Poxion, spirits of suffering. Naroach is the pain and discomfort; Lesions form and pain becomes so bad that victim break back from sobbing or kill themselves.
Naroach is the black pain, the pain deep in the bones which bubble forth and bursts upon the flesh, leaving black stains forever upon its victims. It is said that the worshipers of Naroach sought out malaise as a sign of the spirits favor. The more powerful followers were said to be able to turn this to their advantage, using the sickness like a pool of energy. The Sashes of Naroach came and vanished quickly as the cults of these spirits were quashed violently wherever they appeared. The cult was prodigious in their production, and little new sashes are seen now, but many of these were said to have been kept by their enemies and not destroyed, for despite the taint, they did prevent death.
