Westlight Reach and the Horseshoe Coast
Although the Horsehsoe Coast is a shared coastline with the Stormfront Fastness and North Merchant Cities, Umbak has declared a “Zone of Trade” and enforces a ruthless ‘no military or criminal operations’ policy in policing the bay. In the long run, it has worked out as trade flows freely, and nearly 90% of the Umbakian Navy goes to protecting the coast and bay.
Horseshoe Coast
The coast gets its name from the vague, general shape of a horseshoe, but also from the city of Teilhard, where horses that Umbak breeds and ships out of its country all leave port from.
