The Laey/Laey Lines are natural avenues of anima anergy that are woven throughout most large planetary sized bodies that have life upon them. Creatures able to make use of this may tap into one or more Laey capabilities using anima. The faerie folk seem to have a much easier time discerning and using Laey powers.
