The Fēnlí System was founded by an ancient ethnic group (Asiatic cast) of the Imperium. They spoke a strange language and generally kept to themselves. They are rumored to have merged nantotechnology and biotechnology on levels nowhere else seen in the Imperium. OVer time, in this system, on a planet with slightly higher gravity, they have evolved. They are shorter and though once more squat, their technology has allowed them to regain some of their proportions making them seem like strange “halflings” of ancient lore.
