Bacus Garden – Trees
Choose Option 1 or Option 2. – You can click on each image to enlarge it.
TREES: Peach, Plum (self pollinating) and 2 cherry trees side-by-side to pollinate each other. All will be short topped to make picking fruit easier.
WATER: 5 gallons per WEEK (per tree), using a containment with metal ring to protect vs. deep and stone base with red mulch.
Option 1: Embankment Between Levels 1 & 2
This is the preferred placement – the sloping embankment separating 2 levels. Your apple tree is already planted in this. It would be more work, but easiest for continued lawn maintenance.
Option 2: First Level Down
This might be difficult to maintain the lawn. Its certainly doable, just not with a riding mower like they do it now.

Issue #1
This is growing wild on the embankment behind the annex. Its a massive covering of wild sage and a thing i forget what she said it was (the tall brown thing) – both edible. We should get the kids to scatter seeds and promulgate its growth.

Alanna says this is likely an alder and is going to get real big and tear the rocks out of the rock wall, she recommends that get confirmed and the tree removed or transplanted.
