From far in the distance comes a resonating boom with a fading sound of hundreds of creatures crawling or the rocks on a beach “ruffling” as waves break on the shore. Right before it happened, everything went silent. Afterwards every creature that can alights or scampers unsteadily… and returns to a purchase or the ground or seeks shelter.
In the distance is a sound. Almost a scream, and it gets louder and louder.
From the east comes a whaling. The wail turns into a scream and the scream into a indescribable sound from the pits of hell. Although you can barely make it out on the horizon tendrils of black boiling smoke clouds, stretch forth higher and higher. Light flashes within it and what sounds like the scream of eldritch creatures echoes across the distance eastern horizon.

Off the coast of Tarmysia, the elemental engine explodes, overloaded with power clashing from each elemental. In Umbak, Florent’s Array will actually dampen the effects and stop the wave from continuing. Tarmysia and Crestwold will be affected mostly. Calibans Slurry will also somehow dampen the effect – the field between Apshai and Ashfall being its source.
The citizens of the affected areas will suffer the effects and anger, confusion, and many will be wounded creating a high level of hostility for a week or two.

(Fire) Moisture dampens your brow and forms on your upper lip. A small heat wave rolls through the area. Just when you feel it is gone. You feel your breath sucked out of your lungs. Your throat is parched, the lips on your face crack and dry. You reel with lightheadedness. Your skin feels like it’s blistering all over you. There’s no way to hide.
(Earth) You stumble as you walk. It seems to be just a momentary loss of balance, but then the world shakes. The ground splits and seals like it’s filled with some sort of resin. Rocks thrust up all around slamming into things tossing things over. There is a great moaning deep in the earth and all around you. Vibration causes your teeth to chatter. You grab hold of anything to keep from falling over and that’s when the vibration sets in. Just when you think your teeth are going to shatter into a million pieces, it stops
