Art for the IGN™

Art – any form of media (audio, visual, digital, printed, etc.) is an important part of the Incarna system. It allows users to better understand concepts, remember the location of materials, and grabs the users attention. The community of artists supplying this media is important to us as they also supply ideas and new flavor to existing materials. The IGN™ supports artists by allowing others to view their materials and have artists present their own ideas on Hosted pages.

Art Submission Guidelines

If you would like to submit your artwork for use with our products or for the art gallery, we have specific guidelines. We offer some specific services to our more prominent artists, and the payment is variable, depending on use. Please consider that there are many serious artists around the world. Only submit material if you are serious about having your artwork displayed under the strict guidelines set forth below. We do not "appraise" artwork, we are not art critics. The criteria for selecting any art is always at least based on Usability (clearness, scalability (re-sizing), etc. and Suitability (content triggers, etc.).

Art Submission Guidelines

Submission Window: Currently we are taking Gallery Submissions only once a month, on the first of every month, from noon (12pm) to eight (8pm) Pacific Standard Time (PST). Any mail not received during this time will get deleted.

Participation Basics: Access to pre-production and production (design, development, testing/play-testing, and publishing) elements (content, materials, processes, etc.) are all bound by the standard NDA terms.

Display: By allowing us the right to use a specific piece of art in the Incarna Art Gallery, you and the IGN™ are bound by a contract.

  1. Do not send disks or hard medium to us.
  2. All materials must be viewable on-line, via a web browser (i.e. not requiring a download).
  3. Please send URL links to your relevant materials on-line.
