Envisioning the permanent shape or form
Chaos of the dreamhunt seems to happen once every 100 years. It’s due in 4 years (CY 9189), which is about when people began to experience the strange dreams around the Great Forest of Rhyl.
The PCs have dreams running at the feet of creatures, humans and elves. Something is pursuing them harrying them. = adv idea
They try to get in front to push the vision so that they can look behind to see what is chasing them
Every now and then a hag is able to control it

Those in and near to the Great Forest of Rhyl itself are prone to experiencing The Dreamhunt of Rhyl. All the creatures of the forest, including the small faeries experience dreams where their worst nightmares are what they envision and it pieces together a nightmare image of being prey (including themselves!) to not just haunt their dreams but everybody’s dreams.
