Dragon tears can hold both emotions and thoughts. Dragons weep them in order to encapsulate memories and transport them, or distribute them as a means of communication. Those partaking of them will see, feel, and know everything the dragon wishes from the memory. Normally there is no falsehood encoded in it – it is pulled directly from the memory of the dragon.
