“Cultist” is the common label for someone who has given themselves over to the goals in service to the faith as their driving force in life.
PCs should only do this if they want the cleric to lead the group. All benefits are processed through the cleric. A dwarf can also lead a congregation of Shared Faith but only get the Minor Rewards unless all members are dwarves.
Converting requires a large offering to the faith. This indicates that the character is willing to give up everything for the faith if need be. Obedience to the faith shows you suborn your desires to that of it’s clergy and functionaries.
Shared Faith uses ceremonies where flock or congregation come together and worship, using the power of their shared faith to enact an ability.
