Proposal: Publishing the World Quest setting.
Initial Assumptions
No one wants to spend all the effort to setting up a formal business and maintaining it.
The materials would be published on the web; printed materials is out of scope (initially)
The world materials will be presented independent of any system mechanics. This will be know as the base material set (BMS?)
Financial Model: Free (could take pay pal donations maybe accompanied by a specific request?)
Business Model: None formal
Service Model: As business is not formalized, it implies no contractual obligation – caveat emptor; Intellectual property should be copyrighted where possible, and any use of materials in for-profit services or published materials must be negotiated and approved by the IP owners. IP owners may use the world in any way they see fit, though may not charge money for access to base material set.
