The ‘key’ itself looks like a dropped pile of bones in the shape of a key. “JB” inscribed on it.
Jairo Baulduro, thought to be of the Stormfront Fastness, was a thief who became famous in Poelitz, the southern merchant city. He was a second story man for hire, and became an underground legend, for never refusing a job, and monogramming his own clothes and equipment and leaving a calling card. There was no safe that could stop him. He staged a progressively dangerous spree for half a year, and then vanished.
General knowledge…
Most think he got too bold and died in a burglary. The few who knew him eventually searched his home. His home, wrapped in traps, looked as if he had just stepped out, meaning to come back. A few whispered stories came to circulate around the legend. Many claimed to have seen the dead body, but none of his gear was ever recovered.
