Seagrass Valley is a place in the Riverdans of Pelmon where the grass is blue, said to be from blue dragon blood.

When first seeing Seagrass Valley, it is startling. A large basin amidst tall hills, its floor is covered in tall bright blue grass that moves like ocean waves in the wind.
