The Lowland Territories of the Earldom of Bar-Innis is lead by the Council of Lowlanders, the league is a mutual trade and protection ring created to try and offset the economic advantages of the larger and more esteemed cities of Bar-Innis. Pine Tribe Descendants: The lowlands are home to the descendants of old pine tribe bloodlines. A few still incorporate their ways, but they are shadows of what they once were. They have been integrated into the local culture, which does dovetail into a lot of old notions of the Freelander Way.
Goods: The wet soil is extremely verdant and grows a bounty of vegetables. Cauliflowers, celery, spinach, groundnuts, garden pea, arugula, watercress, asparagus, mint, taro, skirret, cabbage, and black chokeberry.
