Victorian Dreams

The Victorian age is nigh. The invasion of London during the reign of Queen Victoria has begun… Invasion never lit the pages of history because mortals never knew it happened. England, and its European neighbors, are presently scouring Africa, robbing it blind of its riches. Many priceless finds are transported to the island. Many exotic items flood the import shoppes. Many magics.

Ushabtis, the prized Egyptian idols found in the tombs of Luxor, have began to make there way into display cases and shoppe windows. Little do the stupid Brits understand what they’ve brought into the country. Ushabtis are said to house the guardian spirits of the pharohs. How do you think they would react after having been taken from their native land to be pawned to the local malcontents? Europe is about to find out…

London was to be forever the stronghold of Biblical faith. But now the ghosts of an ancient pantheon, no less powerful than even the Seraphim, have began to grow in number and power in the Saxon capital.

War is imminent. The stage is set. Opportunities abound – soldiers, magi, occultists, spirits and gods all ply their crafts and trades to unravel the fortune of ages…
