It is said the the goddess’s followers possess secret knowledge to return those who have embraced undeath with life again. It reverses the process of undeath, casting out the shadow, driving back the dark in a glittering lance of moonlight.
As with any such thing, there is a price to be paid, and a certain amount of risk. The ritual must be ceremonial and is referred to as the “Zeal of Life”, and only those willing to give of themselves may enact and participate in it. All characters are required to give of their own life’s Essence in order to restore the one lost.
