Necrochill was the manifestation of the Holy PResence of Djerduth himself and deep in his sacred places. Only the dead could remain unaffected in its presence… not even undead creatures cannot tolerate it for long.
- Cold: D4/2 +1 Cold Damage; Lethargy: DC 5 Constitution check or lose 5′ from movement rate.
- Each round after adds the same amount of damage and adds 5 to the DC (+5 if the target is undead), the cold being treated as magical then any immunity is reduced to resistance.
- After 2 failed saves the victim loses their Reactions. After 4 they lost their Bonus Action.
- After a single failed save, they gain disadvantage to Stealth checks from their shivering and chattering.
