The Illuminated Road (Rite)
A set of way points is chiseled into the stone tablet. The points are linked to indicate a road or path connecting them. A ceremony is held- each point has a pair of identical candles. One set carried by travelers. As they reach way points they light the candle and the candle on the tablet lights up showing they got there.
The Revealed Road (Rite)
Advanced candles using mercury can trigger a abjurer. Candles burn for 1 hour. If put out before then, the tablet candle turns red and melts.
