Interest: He was ousted by LRS who was unaligned at the time, but now associates himself with the Morben Brothers – hence Frahd sides with the opponents of his enemy. Hes more of a nuisance than anything else, but he has a few dozen folk loyal to him in the barony. He was once a robust man, but now a shell. Always on the run has worn him down. He is a 36 year old human male, but looks 50.
Agenda: To kill LRS, and take back his smugglers operations.
