Enhanced Maneuvers

Weapon Maneuvers are tied to, but do not require Kinetic Aptitude.

D20 Enhanced Maneuvers

All benefits from previous measures are inherited.

  • Basic/Proficient [ Kinetic Aptitude 1] If a character has any maneuvers, the [Superiority] Dice for those maneuvers has its average increased by 1. For example on a D8, the average is then 5.
  • Accomplished: [ Kinetic Aptitude 2]
    • If a character has any maneuvers, the [Superiority] Dice for those maneuvers has its average increased by 2. For example on a D8, the average is then 6.
    • Basic Weapon Prowess: Choose a proficient weapon type (ex: Long Sword). With that weapon, the wielder gets an initiative bonus equal to their Proficiency Bonus. If the character has the Weapon Mastery Feat, then all of those weapons are affected instead.
  • Adept: [ Kinetic Aptitude 3] Advanced Weapon Prowess: With the chosen weapon, the character gains a maximum superiority dice value when using it with [battle master] maneuvers.
  • Masterful: [ Kinetic Aptitude 4] Weapon Prowess: With the chosen weapon(s), the character gains a maximum superiority dice value when using it with [battle master] maneuvers.
