Influence Pool

Characters get a pool of Influence points which can be leveraged to impart benefits to characters which have a Group Concord together. This represents training together that imparts a type of Imposed Discipline and Motivation that affects morale and performance. The benefits can be used at any time, instantly. The cost listed is if the Group Leader is directly present, inspiring the group members. If they are not, the benefit costs double. Characters may also get mundane Prestige Items as part of a reward from a Time of Service which impacts their Influence Pool.
