Alien Organic Ducateon Design

The two styles feature prominently amidst the approach of using natural features as much as possible. Work spaces are lined with thin shaped and polished ceramic tiles that make everything appear perfect and orderly. Around this, the personal and sacred areas are smooth stone with no crafting mark – shaped and contoured using sound and prayer. Each tunnel is clearly labeled above with the distance to the next chamber. Every chamber causes strange effects with sound (echoes, amplification, quieting, tone change, a stretching of timbre, pitch change, etc.). The proportions of everything are humanoid, but seating, tables, passage and room height all reflect the different physiology of the Ducateon, and most accommodations are built in the design. The area consists of many shelves, what seem like obstacles, and alien ornamentation; The ground constantly slopes, as if it is flowing as you go. It seems as if the walker would have to be able to see perfectly in the dark to navigate it. There are no sconces for torches or basins, shelves, or niches dedicated for lamps either. No smoke or soot marks the ceilings.
