The Aegis of Aptitude

Each Aptitude has an aegis only the most powerful can invoke. For example, the most powerful of Occultist Aegis can be weaponized as the dreaded Arcane Occultist. Using Aegis requires 4 measures (the maximum) in the related aptitude. Aegis is reflected in a character’s Aura.

Actuated Aegis

An Actuated Aegis is the ultimate form of Presence projection. If an entity possesses any Aegis (req. Aptitude of 4), An Actuated Mind (with all articulations), is capable of Quintessence, a Sound Mind and a pool of Anima they have an Actuated Aegis.

  • Actuated Aura: An actuated aegis may, along with the appropriate Focus Point, alleviate the need for verbal or somatic elements of using mystical practices by expressing such things directly through their Aura.
